Needed 3 LVL cut and Ken on forklift was very helpful. No one else seemed to care what I was looking for. Ken actually came up and said can I help. Very nice professional man. He deserves some type of recognition in my opinion.

After I had issues with another local company in getting a specific product I reached out to Kimal over the phone. I had to leave a message due to the time I called but I received a call back the next afternoon and they were happy to answer my questions. I was quoted a certain price for the product I was purchasing over the phone. When I made it in the next day I was shown the product to make sure that it was exactly what I needed. When I went to pay the price was higher than what was quoted over the phone. They were happy to honor the price I was quoted the day before and even rounded it down to the nearest dollar to apologize for the discrepancy. They delivered the...read full review
