I was very nervous about joining this program and really didn't think it was going to help me. I thought it was more of a scam. I have type 2 diabetes and just had a toe amputated cause of diabetes and I was at pretty much my last resort. Well i was very wrong! I am very happy I joined this program I have been on it for now 10 days and I have lost 14 lbs and my blood sugar numbers have come way down so much in the past 10 days that I don't even take my insulin anymore at night and my morning numbers have come down so much. I'm in shock! So I have to say that this program is amazing! Its an easy program and not hard to follow at all. I would 100% recommend this program

I started with Dr. Spages a month ago. I weighed 193 lbs, and my blood sugar was high. Today, I weigh 177 lbs. and my blood sugar has declined tremendously. If you follow his instructions, I guarantee you will get better and feel better.

I’m so thankful I found Dr Spages and started on his program to reserve my Type 2 diabetes. Since starting a month ago I’ve noticed many changes in my energy , mood, I’m sleeping better and most importantly my blood sugar levels have been steadily decreasing. I’m excited to see how my next month goes!
