Brewer was contracted to repair tar holes, seal coat pavement and paint new parking lines. Most of the work was done in the rain, so there are cracks where the sealer has washed away, crumbling tar patches due water under the patch, and bare spots in less than 3 months. Trying to get them to review our complaints have gone unanswered. Right now, I would not recommend Brewer to power wash a sidewalk.
