I want to express how happy I was to know that Rafael could fix my hair!!! I went to Fantastic Sams in Fish hawk for a trim, The lady put layers in my hair. Sad to say they were NOT layers. I left with wet hair and an emotional wreck. After getting a refund, I asked my step Mom Julie for her Salon. She went to see Rafael with me, I let down my hair and I put all my trust in him to fix it. I'm beyond happy with my hair ! I did not have an APT, he made time for me at the end of the day to make sure I was taken care of. Hands down best salon in Tampa Bay. I will be coming back in March. Thanks again, you are the best!!!
