We purchased a new home from WCI in the Venetian Golf and River Club. We have had a tremendous number of problems with the construction, including countertops, cabinets, appliances, flooring, missing shutters, paint issues, drywall issues, faucets, door problems. These problems were all fixed, but took several months and wasted 350 hours of our time in waiting for workers, watching workers, emails, phone calls. We asked WCI for compensation for our time and stress and they said we were not significantly inconvenienced. Think hard before you build with these guys!
