We just bought a home in Bonita Springs, Florida and were extremely pleased that we chose Gulfshore Home Inspection company to do our home inspection. Two people did the inspection. They did a very thorough job, we detailed in their report and had their completed inspection back to us in less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend them!
Phil Mason was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection of our new home built in 1994, as was his report. He returned twice to re- inspect the repairs and reported back promptly. His fee was reasonable and well ‘worth every penny’!We highly recommend Phil and Gulf Shore Home Inspections!??
Realtor arranged a home inspection for me, the buyer. I found the inspector to be very knowledgeable, thorough and frank. Showing no bias, he pointed out all the places repairs were needed and situations where problems could occur. I believe buyer and seller were satisfied with his comprehensive report. Highly recommend.
