Let’s begin with the appointment I made on the phone shall we??This spa is OLD SCHOOL where the person on the other end of the phone made me feel like I mattered… that she was HAPPY I was coming in.Because this was my first visit, I had no expectations other than it’s a little pricey so I had hopes that they knew what they were doing….. well they did not disappoint and exceeded my hopes and expectations!Casey , the stylist, did a phenomenal job on my hair which I had badly neglected during the pandemic!I had revived a gift card from my daughter and there were 2 different amounts which were confusing but the owner, Cathy, preempted the entire situation and gave...read full review
I had the most amazing facial with LANA. I say that she has magical hands. Lana is very professional and passionate in her job. I have had hundred of facials, but Lana goes above and beyond. It was the best facial I have ever had. She is truly amazing A+ for Lana, you now have a new client. Thank you so much.
Susan is very professional, personable and gives amazing deep tissue massages! I am definitely going back. Michelle Glenn is also amazing and very personable and I absolutely love my hair. I'm so excited I found my hair gal!
