Really wish I could remember the guys name that helped me today. He went above what I expected for Customer Service and together, after opening a few boxes, we solved a problem with replacing our rv toilet. Very courteous and helpful. Will always recommend this business ?
Absolutely the best customer service!! We called to see if they were still open and they said no but asked what did we need help with. Told him we needed to buy a new door, he had the one we needed in stock and asked if we needed it today and we said yes if possible. He said he would wait for us to get there so we could get it. When we arrived they helped us get everything we would need to replace the door. It's very unusual to get that type of customer service especially since they were closed and waited for us after business hours. Outstanding service!!!
