    They do bad business. I have had insurance with delta dental since 2004. I just changed dentist office the first of the year because of the dentist office was cheating me on claims for my husband appointment. I always use in net work Dentist office that way my insurance pay 100% for every six month cleaning, I checked out a few before making a decision and making sure they take my insurance. My cleaning was in February 2016 for yearly X-ray and cleaning. The clerk check to make sure there was no out of pocket charge before they started cleaning. She came to the back and said " there will be no charge for the cleaning and X-ray for today". A month later I get a bill for...read full review

    While searching for a new dentist, I visited Pillsbury Dental Associates with a broken tooth. I was told that I had two loose fillings. Before starting, I told the dentist that I recently had a filling performed and had to have it redone due to sensitivity to cold. He assured me that this would not happen with the process that he uses. He filled then and they were sensitive to cold. I waited two weeks for the symptoms to minimize and called for a follow-up. He said that he did everything correct and the only other things is a root canal...and that costs $1000, as to deter me with the cost. I find his manor-ism condescending and unprofessional.
