Here's the deal: the television anchor women in D.C. come here. That's how good it is. Andrea Mitchell walked in on me in the dressing room once. Oops. I've been going to Jean-Paul's for years and absolutely love it. I've had my hair cut by Mustafa every time and he rarely disappoints. (Only once did I feel that the cut was too short - and this is after dozens of hair cuts). It's a discreet little gem that true Washingtonians know about. If you want a serious cut, come here.
