Ed is the best inspector! He truly does an extremely thorough job diagnosing the potential issues in your home and he explains the issues clearly and constructively. He is very realistic about where issues are but he doesn’t make you feel like each issue is detrimental. He is very professional, reliable and trustworthy, highly recommend to any home buyer!

Ed was great! Was able to schedule on short notice, completed a thorough inspection, and was very knowledgeable and able to put things in context. He got the report to us in a matter of hours, and it was highly detailed and clear. All this at a very reasonable rate. We highly recommend him.

Made what can be a stressful experience (buying a house) easier. Judy, in the office, was great! Knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Ed was very thorough, and included us in every part of the inspection. He was very helpful with answering questions and, recommendations. Definitely a good experience all around. Would call them again.
