I'm fortunate to have Margolis Management as my co-op management firm. The transition after sale of my family home of many years to a co-op environment was made easy with the compassion, professionalism, and expertise of the Margolis staff. Questions answered in a friendly manner, problems solved in a timely manner, repairs expertly overseen, couldn't ask for a better group to work with! Christine and Bill are wonderful. Overall, a pleasant experience that I hope will continue for many years to come.
