Can't seem to get prescription filled out properly to my pharmacy...and it happens every year I get something re-prescribed. Lack of urgency and they will lie to you about getting it sorted out in timely matter. I literally have to have the pharmacy call them after 2 hrs of waiting. It's embarrassing to deal with at the pharmacy, seems to be a glitch on SCL Health's end.

Don't waist your time here,place is dirty and Dr's are there for a paycheck only not to help you my pcp retired last dec. I met Dr.Meledez 1 time have had several hospital stays u are suppose to get seen within a weekits always a month till iget in,worst management and Dr's Ever in 58 years of living. They need to close.​

I waited 40 minutes last time to see the doctor for my first appointment just to have to schedule 2 weeks later for the actual physical. I then arrived at 10:51 for what I thought was a 10:50 appointment but I guess it was 10:40 so I was told I was a no show and to reschedule. Horrible service here. If you read this and decide to use them for your primary care then you were warned. Shame on your team Dr. Kupersmit.
