My mom, who is in her 60's, was looking for someone to help her get into better shape. I found Richard's website and asked my mom to give Richard a call. A few months later, my mom has been working out with Richard twice a week and has made significant progress in her fitness level and has lost some weight as well. Richard is really great at challenging my mom during her workout and pushing her to the next level without making her exhausted or really sore. Richard with BeFit40 does a wonderful job of working with you and teaching you how to do your workout correctly. He's very patient and can put together a workout that is just right for you. And best of all, he can come to your home!

Richard is knowledgeable AND makes my workouts safe, enjoyable and the time goes quickly. If it were up to me, I would lose interest in a workout in about 5 minutes, but because he keeps me accountable and challenges me to stretch my limits, I'm not bored and I feel stronger.The added benefit, BeFit40 comes to my location, whether it be my clubhouse exercise room or my home or office.
