Wash left soap and dirt on the back of my hatchback, probably ok for normal cars, but it's kinda overpriced if you don't do the monthly. They did allow me to go through 2x because I complained, but it didn't fix anything.

As others have mentioned, when they are open they're actually quite good. However I've come by way too many times in the past month before closing time where they were closed. No notice anywhere or explanation why. Employees for the most part are pretty friendly there. What really annoyed me though was when I cancelled my membership, you can only do it by sending them a message online and hope they do it in time. Also, the cancellation is effective immediately and if you have days left in your last month of membership, they're essentially x-ed out....so they're cancellation policy and process seriously needs to be revamped.

So expensive. Even with the discount when you buy gas first. $10 for basic and you are through it in 1 minute. I'm not sure why they need two people at the kiosks or what the person at the entrance is supposed to do other than guide your car in -- despite the fact that they have a spray hose. I've been through this wash many times, and you are lucky if you get a couple quick shots of water from them. They definitely do not even attempt to get the whole car wet.I say get rid of these guys and charge a little less for the wash. I can punch my own code in, and I can probably get my tires in the right spot too.
