I've been coming to this hardware store for a number of years now. Every time I come, I have always been helped by their very excellent employees. They have tons of services ranging from those of your typical hardware store (selling home hardware) along with a garden department, sprinkler department, and repair shop. They only look to sell me what I actually need to conduct the repair and aren't trying to upsell me (a virtue I really appreciate). This business, from what I know, is locally owned. I just love the Big Tool Box, always have. I was in there today and this staff member went above and beyond to help me out. He didn’t have to, but he did. He fabricated a piece of hardware that I needed to complete my cat tower as one piece in the box was defective and of course, they had no more where I bought it. Well this nice and talented man made one for me and it worked perfectly. I didn’t get his name, unfortunately. They are always helpful AND pleasant. Thank you Big Tool Box!
WOW... What great customer service and support. I had to take my EGO snowblower in for an issue. The snowblower was under warranty and Roger called 3 times to let me know the status. When I went back in to pick it up before this last snow storm the employees were super helpful. Helped load into my truck and thanked me for my business. Highly recommend the Big Tool Box and can not wait until they open in PARKER, CO.......
