Studio 360 is light filled, spacious and full of great pilates equipment. Robin Beck, owner, is a superb instructor, gifted with astute observational, instructional and communication skills. My work with her has lessened my lower back discomfort, increased my mobility and continues to improve my core strength and posture. Also, my overall sense of well-being has increased. Studio 360 is a profound addition in my life.
My experience Pilates at Studio 360 has been life changing for me. I have had lower back issues for several years and my work with Robin has helped alleviate pain and strengthen my core muscles. I am more aware of how I walk, sit and move. I love how I feel after a session. I appreciate that the exercises are specific to my body and needs. The vibe in the studio is positive and friendly. I look forward to my weekly sessions. All the instructors are great people. If you are looking for a Pilates studio or are new to Pilates, I highly recommend Studio 360.
