I recently had the pleasure of receiving service from R.S. Locksmith for my business. I requested the installation of a new coded lock for my front door and another lock for an interior door. Unfortunately, both doors were having issues with closing properly. Roy, the owner of R.S. Locksmith, not only expertly installed the sleek and user-friendly coded lockbox but also went above and beyond to fix the closing issues with both doors. I received amazing service from R.S. Locksmith on 2/20/2024. I was able to get someone to come out the same day and they were very accommodating regarding setting up a time that allowed me to not have to take off or rush home from work. I met with Roy, who I also scheduled my appointment with and I cannot say enough about my first impression. Roy was very professional personable, and knowledgeable about the issue with my door/hardware/lock, which was very affordable to fix. I cannot say enough about the great service I received from R.S.
