I took my dog here recently and she took over seven hours to groom she didn't answer my text or my call cause when I got there because it was super late. Not to mention when I arrived she was on the phone with her friend to busy to even check me in. And said she was behind on 2 others dogs as if it was my fault or something. When I first got there is two ladies when I got there one was with a different dog and one working on my dogs ears I saw how aggressive and rude she was getting with my dog until I walked in I believe she thought I was a different dogs owner and I told her my dog is the one that she's holding right now even the ladies like stop brushing the dogs ears...read full review

My dog needed nail clipping she was so kind and didn't hesitate to clip them..I hadn't even had money I highly recommend her sweetest lady and great grooming jobs.thank you *ZENY*
