Dr. Robert Pollard and Rachel were the only veterinarian in town that would take me as an emergency due to my 10 month old puppy being poisoned due to her drinking pond water. If it wasn’t for them both, I know my puppy would have died! Thank you, thank you so much for helpIng me when no one else would.

Dr. Pollard has been there for my toy poodle since day 1 and we love his style. Not only does he try more homeopathic/natural remedies instead of the "drugs" that most vets like to charge lots of $$ for (which are as bad for your beloved pet as are the drugs prescribed for humans these days) but what I really like is that he has a special charm/personality. He is also very experienced and I like how he shares specifics - he just really seems to know what he is doing. I've tried other vets and it feels to me like they don't really know enough OR explain what they know very clearly AND they way overcharge. #1 thing is I TRUST Dr. Pollard with my baby (poodle)! My mom takes her pets to this vet. He fully understands that there are people who cannot afford to spend a fortune on veterinary services. He is also very flexible and will see your pet on the weekend if necessary. My mom had a very sick cat that had to be put down when we were out of state. The staff was very understanding and allowed her to come in and pay at her convenience when she got back. Even IF the staff was rude to us we would still come because the positives outweigh the negatives. If you want a bunch of very expensive testing done and magnuficent sitting room, you should probably go to another vet. But you'll pay for that overhead.
