Great service! I lost a screw from my prescription sunglasses while walking through town so stopped in and Rita was so helpful. She installed a new screw in a few moments and I was quickly on my way again.
Wonderful selection of frames, 5 star customer service! I bought a pair from RiKa last year and love the frames. I needed a new prescription and took them in, along with a pair that I had purchased in San Francisco (IC Berlin frames). She handled them wonderfully and their lab did an excellent job - totally pleased! We just ordered some new glasses for my husband and he loves them.
Went in for a sunglasses repair. Staff were super friendly and ended up fixing the glasses free of charge. Didn’t come in for frames but the selection was amazing - will be back for sure when I need my next pair. Thank you!!!
