I just started today and the gym looks really clean but I wanted to play some basketball but it was always full the same guys wear three for a long time they need to change the rules to give other people to get to play but will see ?

I got my gym membership at Esporta. (Santa Fe Springs) Mario Flores (Gym Manager) has the greatest customer service, He answers every question is asked very professional and detailed. My mother have had an issue with keep getting charged monthly after she had already canceled the membership there. (Previous employee my mom had talked to didn't complete the cancelation) since April she kept getting charged till this month, she would continue to call customer support but many times they hang up the phone on her, (for being Spanish speaking only) her work hours are not the best for her to go in person; but Mario was very profesional/patient on helping my mom solve her issue......read full review

It's a good gym but not very clean and the water filtration system has been broken for over a month. The only good thing is its generally not crowded I'm sure when it was first built it was nice but they definitely dont keep up with maintenance well in my opinion
