I've been going to Carmen for a year for waxing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She makes the process as painless as possible and I feel super comfortable with her. 10/10 would recommend.
I've been coming here for 2 years. I see Amanda Bean on a regular basis. She is great but she most recently moved to Austin, TX. I will start seeing Carmen now. Receptionist is so nice and they always follow up with reminder calls. They do a great job.
I had an alright experience after my Aunt recommended it to me. The girl missed a bit and I didn't feel as smooth as I do when I visit EWC. I like that they provide wipes, even though I always shower before an appointment. The pain-free spray was a nice courtesy, but doesn't work. Staff is nice, but the downfall was I still had stubble.
