Mr. Navarro was super helpful and honest in resizing a bracelet. He told me that there will be some markings and made sure I was aware of the outcome. His service was also reasonably priced and quick!

Super helpful with fixing my bracelet, was willing to have it ready whenever I wanted to pick it up. Also, fixed it for 1/3 of the price that other jewelers had told me.
