A few days after I left my review, Joe (I believe he's one of the owners?) reached out to me about the service I received and wanted me to try FW again, on them. I had a great conversation with Joe on just things I thought could be improved (just as a customer) and I am all for 2nd chances, and I have always liked Future Wash. He simply asked me to let him know before scheduling my appointment so that he could let his employees know that I would be coming in. I guess They did an okay job .. I had to touch up my car a bit after they washed it because they missed a spot or 2 but hey they wash a lot of cars a day I don't blame them it happens. 5 stars for customer service 3 for quality of work End result a 4.1 for me

I came here a week ago for a car wash (I got the experience and made an appointment). Based on their website this wash takes about an hour. I showed up 10 minutes late. But their online system wasn't reflective of the actual time (which apparently changed to 30 minutes for a wash). Long story short they washed my car for maybe 10-15 minutes and did only the outside. And it wasn't a great job. So I left a review on their website.The manager/ owner immediate called me, and asked me what went wrong. He provided with different options and also requested that I give them another shot, if not he would refund my money.
