This is actually my first time coming here and they made my first wax experience as comfortable as it can be. Talking to my friends, getting a wax was really nerve-racking and I didn't know if I was going to be comfortable or not. Throughout the whole waxing process, I was being attended to, and the conversations were really funny and took my mind off of the experience. The wax itself did not hurt, and I feel better than ever. I love this place! The staff members are very friendly and professional. My wax experience was great and I like the wax they use at this Wax Lounge rather then anywhere else. Cant wait for them to reopen so I can make an appointment. :)

Josie was great! She made my first wax experience as comfortable (as it can be haha). She is experienced and friendly which made the appointment as pleasant as possible. Will definitely come back next month for my second wax to see Josie!
