To the owner. You don't understand that when I went in you had no glasses for sale and your staff let me use a pair they informed that I would need to go to your Campbell location to purchase a pair. I asked if I could purchased a robe and was told that you no longer sale them. Maybe your staff needs to be informed that you have these items for sale and not to share glasses with guest!!

This location is great, I signed up here originally. I purchased the All access membership, 70 something per month. Gets me unlimited access to everything (excluding hand-done airbrush tanning, which is discounted.) I used to work in the tanning industry and Australian tan does a great job. Today a really nice woman named Amelia helped me out. She asked me about my tan, told me about a great promotion they are doing, and got me set up with a new lotion. This place is decent and I'll likely return. I got much tanner much faster in the level 5 beds than the level 3 beds, so they absolutely work better. Their packages are a bit pricey but still competitive.
