I was in ER 3 weeks ago. ER discharged me with notice to go to the gastroenterologist within 1 week.To go to this specialist, I needed a referral from MD. I was finally able to have an appointment with my doctor of this clinic who is still under supervision 7 days after ER, but she was sick and office staff scheduled me with another "student doctor". He wanted refer me to surgeon for gallstones. I called to insurance, got help to find a gastroenterologist. Did many tests and it’s turned out I have 0 gallstones.I give 4 stars, because office in general has good working people.

This office takes a ridiculous amount of time to answer their phones. I’m attempting to schedule an appointment and I’ve been on hold for more than 20 minutes. The last time I had an appointment I tried to call to inform them that I would be a few minutes late. I was on hold the whole time and never spoke to anyone. When I walked in the girls at the front desk were just sitting there gossiping.

The staff are very nice and helpful, but when it comes to scheduling appointments nobody is ever available to answer the phones. My boyfriend and I are always left on hold with no one answering the phones when we are trying to contact the office to request an appointment. We live up in Idyllwild, so it’s not as convenient for us to just get in the car and drive to the office since it takes about half an hour or so to get down to hemet. We need better customer service in regards to phone calls.
