Staff at the site were quite helpful and very nice.However making the appointment over the phone speaking with someone that was very hard to understand he said his name was Ralph . The room he was in was so noisy and hard to hear and understand. So many people in the room all speaking loudly!! If I ever have to have something done I will go to the site and make an appointment.This needs to be addressed! But you probably don’t care .
I appreciated the possibility of setting up an appointment outside of regular opening hours.The receptionist helped me sign in to finish up in time to be escorted to do the MRI.The doctor helped me onto the MRI mat and helped me sit correctlyHe was very courteous and I felt at ease the entire time.
MRI done smoothly and without a lot of waiting. Was sent all the info I needed to fill out before hand so I was ready to go the day of. Also knew exactly what my portion was going to be for the MRI.
