Move in process was quick and easy. Liz was available and helpful with any question /concern that arises. Jack was knowledgeable and honest; during the walk through inspection he provided many helpful tips. Kevin the maintenence manager is very pleasant to work with and quick to respond.
Worked with Jack. Excellent in communication and always timely and prompt. We didn’t get our first choice but later was able to match another property to our liking. We are very pleased with our experience with Keyrenter.
Wonderful how much they care and want tenants to be comfortable in their residence. I had a water leak a few months back and submitted a maintenance request. I put in my request in at night hoping that they would reach out the next morning. Nope, Fara reached out within minutes and her Reza was willing to come out and turn off my water so that I wouldn't be charged for the hot water. It was late and no obligation to go the extra mile. I honestly felt like they wanted to make sure I could rest in peace. I appreciate them so much!And of course the next day the management office reached out and had a plumber at my residence to fix the issue.
