The customer service here is Disney-like and I'm so impressed! Every time I go in they inform me on new items or better beds, they have helped me get the perfect tan before my engagement photos and I'm so pleased! I have worked in customer service for twelve years and the staff here could teach me a lesson! Thanks for helping me achieve my ideal color in only three weeks! I would seriously consider some Christmas bonuses this year if they were my employees. Go Candace!

I don't usually get a tan - but when I do I always choose Palm Beach Tan! The staff, especially Candace T. is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things TAN! PBT is clean, offers a wide variety of tanning products, and I always leave feeling taken care of. They keep me up to date on specials and offers, interact with customers in a positive way, and they have a high level of professionalism. If you ever get the chance to have Candace T. take care of you during your visit you're in great hands!

Love the staff at this location. The girls always make me feel comfortable in a slightly uncomfortable situation(I'm very uncomfortable naked in places other than my own home). They are helpful and knowledgeable about the products and give the best tips to get the most out of your tanning visit.
