I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car and called my insurance roadside assistance. I waited 5 hours for them to lie and say that they showed up and called me several times. I couldn't wait on my insurance any longer so decided to find my own solution. I called several towing companies and locksmiths, but because it was 4:30 on a Sunday I either had to wait hours or there was no answer. I called a Legacy and they got to me right away, we're extremely nice, quickly unlocked my car, and charged me reasonably. I wish I would have called them hours earlier!
