We have done business with USB for many years and was always 4 stars or above. About 2 months ago I disputed 2 charges and to replace my atm card for the 3rd time due to theft. The theft charge for Bed, Bath and beyond was reimbursed but the charge from RevCatch never was. I was told it might take awhile and someone would contact me. I have called and been on hold now for 26 minutes. I placed the call on speaker and the rep acted like She couldn't hear me and I think She has me on hold. Total time now 33 minutes. I'm done.
