Ruby does a great job. She is my favorite. I usually ask for the hybrid, wispy cat eye. This is a great express eyelash spot. Service is usually very quick and you are in and out within an hour or so. Only thing I do wish is that they cleaned the lashes. So you will need to make sure to clean your lashes before your appointment.

I highly recommend Elegant lashes by Katie. It is so easy to make online appointments and the salon is clean and organized. I get my lashes done by Angela and she does an amazing job every time. I am highly satisfied with this salon.

Lucy is the best! she's so gentle and always takes her time. She listens to what I want and make recommendations. I'm closer to other locations but always come back to the Costa Mesa location for Lucy!
