About 35 years ago I started suffering from what my family physician called tension headaches. Back then the treatment was the old "try to relax" (easier said than done) along with a prescription for, well it's been so long I can't even remember the name of the it, but it was a prescribed pill of some sort. After a couple of years a friend made the suggestion that I see a chiropractor just see if maybe there was something out in my neck (ok, ok, I can hear y'all right now - I know there was something out...out in my head!!).
