Extremely Extremely hard to register a product you just buy and install this manufacturer has horrible ratings all aver the country don't buy it not worth it their products don't last and when they broke down costumer service does everything and goes beyond to not help you with your problem don't buy goodman

Yup, confirmed today they won't sell to the public any parts. I've bought from here in the past without a problem. Guess they don't like money. Employee not wearing a mask either but advertising it on door. Hypocrites.

Waste of time. Won't even sell you a part for your Goodman furnace unless you are a contractor. I understand for refrigerant handling parts but all I needed was a draft inducer electric motor. Other vendors will sell you parts like this even if you are not a contractor. Now a days we can order everything on-line for so much less but I wanted to keep the business local. I guess not.
