First I’d like to lead with an apology to the manager, Eric. Due to an issue with payment, I angrily called the store explaining I had been double charged. They quickly assisted me and told me the refund would be paid in a matter of days. This upset me seeing as how I expected the refund to be given immediately. I proceeded to yell at Eric and express my frustration. Not only did Eric see to it that my refund was expedited, he even told me that the order they duplicated was mine to keep. I’ve had to powerbase amplifiers since 2007 and I have to say that they are the best amps I’ve ever owned and my subwoofer one my ASA 15001D is still playing in my new show car I have a four channel amp that where the speaker wires connect to the amp is loose so it won’t connect to the power right but other than that I love these amps and I wish I can get some new ones
