This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Let's start off by saying I get gel manicures and pedicures regularly (about every two weeks). When I first started coming to this location a few months ago the girl did an amazing job and every time I've managed to come in and have her the finished product is outstanding. That's girls name is Hannah. Today I called in specifically for Hannah and the gentleman who answered said "ok. No problem". So I rushed from work to get there in time for my appointment, only to find out Hannah doesn't work today. I was at target and decided to pop in get my nails done b4 going to the mall since I had time to kill b4 it opened. I decided to get a gel pedicure #4 and a gel manicure as well. I paid $85 for both without tip. The pedicure was done by an older gentleman who was super kind and really awesome. The manicure was done by a young girl. It was a terrible....she cut my cuticles made me bleed... ok that happens sometimes i guess... but my cuticles look like crap and that's 5 days later.... I've never had my cuticles look this crazy. I'm not sure why this place has a lot of low star reviews. I'm glad I chose to come here anyway. It's my new favorite place for a pedicure. Annie always does my pedicure and I love how detailed she is. I never feel like she rushes anything. She even repairs my big toe with acrylic when I accidentally hit something and chip my nail. I do recommend making an appointment if you don't like to wait. And the hot wax feel AMAZING!
