Summit Leasing Group is excellent for the following reasons: Screening of tenants is thorough and considers all factors, the list of vendors to complete work on property is extensive and fair priced. Charlie has a sixth sense and uses it to the clients advantage. He knows a good renters and has a great handle on market rates. Honest, transparent and trustworthy.
