I noticed a lot of the reviews on here that don't seem super accurate. The dumbbells are polyurethane, which is the industry standard. If they had the hex or basic rubber ones those would be more for a home gym type usage. I personally am a gear snob, have a home gym with some pretty nice equipment. My favorite types of plates are the 6-shooter/revolver style which this place has. This style is easy to pick-up and easy to maneuver, these are also in polyurethane.Secondly, this place has all the racks/machines that I could use. It's never super busy and has a good vibe to it. The customer service here is A+. The only thing that bothers me is that it is really small. This place gets packed. I try not to go on the busiest hours, but even then, just about every machine or the placement is conjested. I'm hoping for expansion soon, though.
Liza is the best worker there! She’s friendly and makes you feel comfortable! She problem-solved my situation with ease and friendliness. The equipment is nice and the environment is non judgmental and the staff helps you understand the machines if your new!
