Ross is a miracle worker! For the past five years I have been unable to walk properly after severely jamming my toes the day before a dance performance. Not only did I have zero range of motion in my toes, but I could barely wear tennis shoes comfortably. Not only has Ross helped with the knots in my shoulders and IT band/hip flexor issues (gotta love being a dancer), but I have almost, if not, gained full range of motion in my toes.....It feels good to be a girl again in my heels!!
