Well maintained mobile home park with great views of mount boney and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Newbury Park. Clients love this neighborhood and close to large park for exercise and hiking
I visited friends from church. The Vallecito is tucked against a hill that provides shade in the late afternoon and early evening. The grounds are very clean and well kept. The main issue I had was with the address numbers and parking. There technically is no parking in front of the houses but a single parking area. However this may be a long walk to an address. Houses are numbered consequently on one side of the street. The numbers continue on the opposite side.
