Rude receptionist ignored my MRI requests sent over from Redlands Chiropractor over the course of a month. Thanks for wasting a month of my time while I’ve been in pain. No class at all…:if you don’t want to work then quit ? some of us would like answers to get out of pain. This place is a complete joke I would give zero stars if I could.
Been trying for three days to schedule a CT. No one pics up the line (waited over two hours) and when I schedule a call back, I never get a call back for three days now. And during business hours!
They spent all the budget on a fancy office instead of a functioning scheduling system. IF they happen to call you back, and you have stepped away from your phone, get ready to start at the back of the queue again. At least Kaiser gives you a direct line to call back on if you miss a call.I tried to schedule online, but the website only shows providers in Oregon. Really. In 2021, these guys are still running their business on an abacus.
