Jim and his assistant were able to identify and repair my vehicle. He identified that my starter and alternator were not working. I was also impressed with his kindness and professionalism. This was my first time going through a mobile mechanic and I will continue to utilize his services.

I was in a bind and didn't have the time or resources to get to the bottom of my car issue. Jim is super responsive, and even arrived a half-hour early to my house. One of the first things I noticed about Jim was the old time real handshake. Thought the issue was fixed, they drove away and the issue came up again. I called them, and he came back within a couple minutes and ran more tests and located the main source and fixed it. Got me back running and everything so far has been great. Perfect. Jim came out shortly after I called. He had the knowledge and the tools to diagnose my alarm system problem. Reprogrammed computer and was done. Pricing was absolutely fair. Will definitely use him if I have any new issues.
