Wow, Ina is stellar! The phrase "above and beyond" doesn't even come close. That assumes I knew exactly what I expected her to do. I simply told her my predicament and where I wanted to end up and, being clearly expertise in what US Bank has to offer, she strategized and walked me through far more options than I ever knew. Yes, cool that US Bank has a wide array of financial products - It takes someone who understands the pros and cons of each to best use of them. Or, even know to use them at all.
