Complained of severe issue with medication that caused me hearing loss/issues. No responses from the 2 times I've complained of the issue. I am a nurse myself and I've never felt so neglected or seen such neglect. I am currently dealing with multiple tests and possible surgery for my ear. I understand each medication has side effects, but like I explained to the receptionists id simply like to talk to a MD on what I can do whether it be tapering me off the medication and being prescribed a new drug. Says she will ask the MD and they will call right back. Nothing ever. I am in the process of filing a grievance to Tricare due to the neglect and all around quality of care...read full review

Says open Monday-Friday 0800-1500 due to covid 19. CAme here at 0800-0830 waiting for the door to open and it's closed. What a way to do business wasting everyone's time. Don't recommend.
