Received a fished phone call from BofA and account closed by BofA and needed to go into the center as did not trust their phones or who was on the other end. A very realistic phone call but caught on. BofA knows about this problem and are not doing anything about it to update their phone system or alert customers not to pick up a call center's line. My Zelle compromised and had to close out my account and open a new one. Hassle and asked that my debit card mailed 2 day and the bank officer as it turns out sent it snail mail. So card will arrive in just shy of two weeks. Lessee fair attitude by the woman helping me, slow and inefficient. All around this bank is too big...read full review
