I recently had the pleasure of working with Wendy from Orange Carpet and I must say, her level of customer service was exceptional. From start to finish, Wendy went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that my experience was as smooth and stress-free as possible.One of the things that impressed me most about Wendy was her flexibility. She was always willing to work around my schedule and make adjustments as needed to ensure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I had purchased patio carpet from a big box store and found out that the installer that was contracted with them would not remove the metal trim that was around the edges. I called Orange Carpet and Wendy was a life saver. She came to the home to take a look and forwarded photos to her installer. He said it was no problem, unlike the big box installers. Orange Carpet was willing to get the carpet from the big box store and even from the original installers but I was able to get it delivered to my home. Excellent customer service! Nae and her staff, Danny are very knowledgeable in what they do. Nae showed up every day to ensure everything was in order. Danny and his crew were very punctual and hard workers. They showed up on time, finished their work and cleaned the work area each day. The new flooring to our house over 2600 sq ft was done only in 5 days. They were super fast and everything came out very nice. We are very happy with the results.
