If you value your time and expect average to excellent customer service, this place isn't for you. I had an appointment with Laura Diaz, I show up, she gives me a blank stare and says "yeah". I say " I have an appointment with you today at 12pm". She says "well there's already 4 people in here and you didn't comfirm". I explained I did respond and had proof on my phone. Laura disregarded what I mentioned. She offered for me to wait an hour. Although, she was recommended for being a good stylist. It's not worth the wait. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to scheduling an appointment. If you expect a professional stylist, don't go to Laura Diaz. It's more of a...read full review
