I've had nothing but good experiences with this store. From purchasing some furniture pieces all the way down to just little decorative items I literally had just seen on the shelves at Target/Walmart/Costco/Home Depot. They have some amazing discounted items all because department stores are overstocked. I've also had really good experiences with the live auction with items being even more discounted because you are bidding what you actually want to pay for something. The staff are always friendly and helpful and even if I go to the store to just "look around" I always find a deal I can't pass up. When you walk into the store the workers great you with a welcoming smile and hello welcome in. The workers are very helpful and nice. They ask if you need any help. Really like the deals. I bought one light to see if it looked good in my kitchen and had to go back to get more for my other areas.

I was totally thrilled with the store and the auction till I wasn't. It's just personal the auction became frustrating because the stuff never worked and was in some cases gross. This isn't the fault of discount store it's the fault of the company taking in returns that aren't applicable
